It is held at the East Syracuse Fire Department #2, 148 Sanders Creek Parkway off Kinne Street, East Syracuse, New York 13057.
You may print out the entry form and send it along with the appropriate entry fee (see entry form) to the East Syracuse Fire Department, 204 N. Center Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057. You may also register online. Last, you may register at Fleet Feet on Bridge Street, East Syracuse, on November 12th, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm or on race day at the registration desk. (Increased entry fees may apply to last minute entries.)
Please make all checks payable to the East Syracuse Fire Department and note Burn Run in the memo line of your check. Checks made payable to other entities will be returned and will delay processing of your application.

Please send a check for your donation made payable to the East Syracuse Fire Department, 204 N. Center Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057. Please include a note indicating your donation to the Burn Run along with a request for a tax-deductible donation acknowledgement showing your name and address.
Parking is available at the Bank of New York Mellon facility. Volunteers can direct you to the appropriate parking area.
We consider your entry as a contribution to the Burn Foundation of Central New York. We would expect that runners appreciate our charitable work and not request refunds. There are no refunds on race entry fees.
